How much does it cost — and am I walking into a six-figure license?

$79 a month is the inbox watch (Spark). $199 adds the quote draft (Arc). $499 is the full agent with the bay slot (Forge). All three moves are one agent, billed by quote volume, not a CPQ seat you sign a master services agreement for — so a slow quarter doesn't lock you into platform costs. You start at the move you actually need today and add the next tier when the shop grows into it. The number on your quote draft still comes from the rate cards you already loaded.

How long does setup take — and will my estimators have to learn a new tool?

Hours, not weeks. Onboarding is an afternoon: the rate cards you already use get loaded in, and the first spec sheet leaves the door before close of business. There's no new tool your estimators have to learn — the model already speaks GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, weld position, AWS / ASME / CWB cert packs, and the rest of the language your estimators already use. The estimator still hits send on the quote. The agent runs the loops they already run, just around the clock.

Where does my data live, and who can read it?

Your RFQ thread, your spec sheet, and the rate cards you loaded stay on the shop side. The agent reads the inbox and writes a spec sheet; it doesn't share your rate cards or your job list outside the shop. Customer-specific WPS / PQR packs stay attached as evidence on the sheet, and the spec sheet stays with the estimator until the buyer accepts the quote — it doesn't get broadcast to a third-party pricing index or a vendor network. Your numbers are your numbers.

Am I locked into a contract, or can I leave?

Month-to-month, billed by quote volume — same cadence the three tiers walk through on /pricing. Tier up when a move starts paying for itself, tier down or step away when it stops. There is no annual commit, no master services agreement, no implementation services line item. The agent stops with the estimator, not the other way around.

Will it fit with our current process — inbox, ERP, calendar?

It sits next to the inbox, not in place of it — IMAP, Google, or Microsoft, whichever the shop already runs. The agent doesn't replace your mail tooling or sharing rules; the estimator still hits send. The bay slot locks only after the buyer accepts via their trackable link, so your ERP and your shop-floor calendar keep running on the cadence they already run on.
